7-Day Exchange Policy

You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is damaged or defective. If you have received a damaged product, we will replace it at no extra cost.

To be eligible for an exchange:

• The product must be unused and in the same condition as received.
• It must be in the original packaging.
• You must provide a clear, unedited courier box opening video as proof.
  Without this video, we cannot process your exchange.

Exchange Scenarios We Support:

1. Damaged Product Received:
   • Courier box opening video is mandatory.
   • We will arrange for a replacement.
2. Don’t Like the Product or Fit:
   • You can exchange it for a different style or model of your choice (subject to availability).
   • Product must be unused and in original condition.

Items Not Eligible for Exchange or Return

• Used or damaged products due to customer handling.
• Products returned without the original packaging.
• Products without the unboxing video.
• Items marked as final sale or discounted clearance items.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds unless:

• We are unable to deliver the product.
• The product is out of stock and payment was received.

If a refund is approved:

• It will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

• Check your bank account again.
• Contact your bank or payment provider — refunds may take time to reflect.

Shipping for Exchanges

• Customers are responsible for sending the product back to us for exchange.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• We recommend using a trackable courier service for return shipping.
